Men's Ministry

The Men’s Ministry at Power of Love Community Church focuses our efforts specifically toward men. The goal of this auxiliary is to foster an environment and a sense of brotherhood where men can discuss the Word of God, fellowship and dvelop spiritual maturity in Jesus Christ (Eph 4:11-15).
These goals are achieved through men's fellowship meetings, Men's retreats and special men's services. During these events the berthen in our men's mnistry come together to better understand God's purpose for their lives; in leadership, family life and fulfilling their God-given roles as men. Women's Ministry
​Welcome to Women's Ministry of Power of ove Community Church where we seek to empower and equip all women to walk in God’s purpose for their lives. It is our passion to see women GROW in God’s love , His grace and His Word as we conitue to build and strengthen our relationship with Jesus Christ. Our desire is for women from diverse and from multi generational backgrounds to cross boundaries to come together, and CONNECT, and to walk through life's challenges together. We believe when we take time to read, study and meditate on God’s word, our lives change as His thoughts become our thoughts; as He will gice us the desire of our heart (Psalms 37:4).
We also believe that God has equipped every women with special gifts and talents to SERVE Him. Our goal is to encourage women to utilize their unique God given gifts and talents and to allow their faith in Jesus Christ to spur them to action as we nuture the next generation.
Church Ministry
Power of Love Community Church is an exciting ministry with various oppportunities for worship and member particiaption. We currently have four auxiliaries which consist of the Men's Ministry, Women's Ministry, Youth Ministry and the Evangelism Ministry. All ministries are tailored toward allowing each member to operate in the gifts that the Lord has given them; to edify the body of Christ, to glorify God and to evangelize the world.
Youth Ministry

​The mission of the Youth Ministry of Power of Love Community Church is to instill the Word of God in the hearts of our children and youth. Each child is a blessing from God and the pressures that they face today can at times become overwhelmeing, but a strong foundation in Jesus Chirst will comfort their hearts and keep them as they grow (Proverbs 22:6). We have two auxiliaries within our youth ministry which are as follows:
Sunshine Band
The Sunshine Band tailors lesson plans toward the age group of 2-12 year of age. The Sunshine Band works to serve the children of our church by helping them to learn biblical principles, understanding of the Christian faith, and leading them to Christ.Our goal is to provide training for children everywhere through an extensive range of , programs, services and activities.
Puritans
Our second auxiliary is known as the Puritans. This auxiliary is focus on youth from the ages of 13-17 years of age. The goals within this auxiliary is to provide a wholesome environment for the youth to develop as well-rounded and balanced individuals whose lives are dedicated to living a saved and sanctified lifestyle. The objectives are to build on the foundation of holiness that sets a standard for good, moral behavior that will enhance the development of youth leaders and future leaders in the church and beyond. The objectives include the teaching of the values of abstaining from pre-marital sexual behavior, the use of illicit drugs, and other destructive behaviors. We encourage our youth to develop their personal realtionship with Jesus and allow His love to shine bright in their lives.
Evangelism Ministry
The Evangelism Mnisty at Power of Love Community Church concentrates our efforts on several key actions: telling the good news, announcing the kingdom (reign) of God, and bearing witness of the gospel of Jesus Christ. We are called to the task of evangelizing and discipling the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ. We firmly believe the great commission of Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20) as a means for helping the people within our communities and around the world.
This ministry is vital to the growth and operation of the chruch. We teach and admonish our members to be disciples of Jesus Christ in word, action, and as a way of life. We aim to show the love of Christ as we evangelize. We hope to draw as many souls as we can to Jesus, "For the harvest is plentious, buthe laborers are few: 37Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest..." (Matthew 9:37-38).
